These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and Flowki Labs ("Flowki Labs", "we", "us", "our"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

The Service uses artificial intelligence to parse process descriptions, generate workflow steps, and execute automations. AI-generated outputs may require human review and are not guaranteed to be error-free.
To use most features of the Service, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and password. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must:
Flowki Labs offers individual and organization accounts. Organization administrators may invite team members, assign roles, and manage shared processes. Administrators are responsible for the actions of their team members on the platform.
You must be at least 16 years old (or 13 in the United States) to create an account. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You must not:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the violation.
You retain full ownership of all content, data, and process definitions you create or upload to the Service ("Your Content"). We do not claim any intellectual property rights over Your Content.
By using the Service, you grant Flowki Labs a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, store, and process Your Content solely for the purpose of providing, maintaining, and improving the Service. This license terminates when you delete Your Content or your account.
You may export your data at any time using the "Download My Data" feature in Settings. Exported data is provided in machine-readable JSON format as required by GDPR Article 20.
You are solely responsible for the legality, accuracy, and appropriateness of Your Content. You represent that you have all necessary rights and permissions to use any content you upload or process through the Service.
Flowki Labs connects with third-party services (Google Workspace, Slack, and others) via OAuth to execute automations on your behalf.
When you connect a third-party service, you explicitly authorize Flowki Labs to access and interact with that service within the scope of permissions you grant. You may revoke access at any time by disconnecting the integration in Settings.
Your use of connected third-party services remains subject to those services' own terms and privacy policies. Flowki Labs is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services.
OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM encryption and are deleted immediately when you disconnect an integration or delete your account. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.
Flowki Labs uses AI models (including services from Anthropic and OpenAI) to:
AI-generated outputs may contain errors, inaccuracies, or unexpected behavior. You acknowledge that:
When you create or run automations, your process descriptions and relevant execution context may be sent to third-party AI providers for processing. We do not send your OAuth tokens, passwords, or other authentication credentials to AI providers. See our Privacy Policy Section 5 for the full list of sub-processors.
Flowki Labs offers a free tier with a limited number of process runs per month (currently 100 runs/month). Free tier limits may change with reasonable notice.
Paid plans ("Pro") offer additional features including unlimited runs, team features, and priority support. Pricing, features, and limits for paid plans are displayed on our pricing page.
Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as explicitly stated in these Terms.
Process runs on the free tier are tracked as credits that reset on the first day of each calendar month. Failed runs caused by platform errors (not user configuration issues) are credited back automatically.
We may change pricing with at least 30 days' written notice. Price changes do not affect the current billing period.
The Service, including its design, code, features, documentation, logos, and trademarks, is owned by Flowki Labs and protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership of the Service to you.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes.
If you provide suggestions, ideas, or feedback about the Service ("Feedback"), you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and incorporate that Feedback into the Service without any obligation to you.
We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FLOWKI LABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, including but not limited to:
Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the total fees you paid to Flowki Labs in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) $100 USD.
These limitations apply whether the liability is based on warranty, contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if Flowki Labs has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability for certain types of damages. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Flowki Labs, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

For non-urgent violations, we will attempt to notify you and give you an opportunity to cure the violation before termination. For severe violations (security threats, illegal activity), we may terminate immediately without notice.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 5.1, 9, 11, 12, 13, and 15) will survive.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Before filing a formal legal claim, you agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at legal@flowkilabs.com. We will work in good faith to resolve the issue within 30 days.
If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, you agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. Arbitration will be conducted in English and held in Wilmington, Delaware, or remotely at the election of either party.
You agree to resolve disputes with Flowki Labs on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in a class action, collective action, or representative proceeding.
Either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction for claims involving intellectual property infringement or unauthorized access to the Service. Small claims court actions are also exempt from the arbitration requirement.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes:
Continued use of the Service after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and delete your account.
